    8.Outline of the project :
    By means of concentration method, the products of the project adopt the 
refraction theory of the optics, reflection theory of the optics, we design 
the double face structure (light source, image on either side respectively), 
to change the degree of homogeneity and brightness of the transmitting. They 
are widely used in the army, post and communication, railway, water conservancy, 
chemicals, aerospace, college, defense command center. The demand for them 
has been doubled and redoubled, with a quite good economic profit.

    9.The project is subject to the foreign investment encouraged by the nation.

    10.Outline of Chinese enterprise :
    Qinhhuangdao Changlong Screen Limited Corporation is an only plant 
which produce various kind of projection screen, show screen, with nearly 
seventeen years of history. It has 241 staff, 17 technicians, 11 medium and 
senior technicians, fixed assets RMB2.1million.The developed screen products 
have gained three achievements and four patents, appraised by the provincial 
government. The company insists on developing towards the high-tech products, 
is on the lead of large screen production in China.
