    8.Profile of the project: Qinhuangdao Microbial Pilot Base of Hebei 
Science & Technology Institute has exploited a series of microbial 
fertilizers e.g. bacterial potassium fertilizer, azotogen for wheat roots 
and azotogen for corn etc. The technologies are adopted in more than 20 
cities over the country. Clear yield growth thanks to the utilization of 
the microbial fertilizers has been proved. On the basis, the Base intends 
to improve the production process and increases the production capacity. 
The emphases are put in extending the applicable crops of microbial 
potassium fertilizer and microbial phosphoric fertilizer. The fertilizers 
own following advantages: increasing the crop yield, improving the crop 
quality; strengthening the fertility of soil; pollution-free and harm-free; 
less investment and rapid profit. They are the optimum fertilizers of 
developing green foods.

    10.A brief introduction of Chinese party: The pilot base founded in 1987 
is a high-technology enterprise. It produces microbial fertilizers, 
microbial pesticides and exploits new microbial products. There is a whole 
set of advanced industrial ferment equipment as well as a team of competent 
scientific research personnel. The production capacity is 10000tons. The 
quality of products is up to the advanced level of the country and the 
quantity of products is the maximum in the country. They are used in more 
than 20 provinces. , Municipalities and autonomous regions.
