    8.Outline of the project: Extending annual production capacity   
of cylinder sheath to 400 sets,  putting  an  centrifugal  casting
production  line  into  operation,  purchasing   giant  horizontal 
boring machines, large vertical lathe. 

    9.The project is subject to the foreign investment    
encouraged by the nation. 

    10.Outline of Chinese enterprise: Qinhuangdao     Development
Zone Haiqiao  Cylinder  Sheath  Producing Co., Ltd. produces and 
processes various main engine cylinder  sheath on the vessel, 
with annual output of 200 sets. The factory area is 10,000 square 
meters, workshop area is 1,800 square meters, has 52 staff and 15 
of which is technicians, average age is 36 years old, and average
salary is RMB800.
