    2.Content of Project
    Carrying on expansion to make the annual output of plastic profile
shapes reaching 30 thousand tons and enlarging the market¨Ccovering rate.

    3.Investment estimation
    The total investment of the project is USD 7.44 million, of which, 
there are about USD 5.99 million of fixed assets investment and USD 1.45 
million of floating capital. The foreign party is expected to invest 
in cash of USD 4.46 million.

    4.Market analysis
    The plastic profile shapes and door & window is a new generation 
energy ¨Csaving products that the state supports. The "tenth ¨Cyear plan" 
of the state chemical building materials industry points out that, in 
2005,the market ¨Ccovering rate of plastic door and window will reach 20%,
in which, the market covering rate in heating section will be over 50% 
and no less than 35%in other energy-saving sections. The demand will be 40 
million square meters. Till 2015,the rate will be 60% in the energy-saving 
areas in domestic, over 40%in littoral region and 10%in other areas. The 
demand will be 80 million.

    5.Profits analysis
    After put into operation, the annual sales income of the company will 
increase USD 19.28 million, and the annual profits will increase USD 
1.55 million.

    6.Situation of Chinese enterprise
    Qinhuangdao Aoge Section  Bar., built in 1994,sujected to Qinbo 
Building Material  Group Company ,covers 36 thousand square meters. All 
the production machines are imported from Germany and Austria,12 thousand 
tons section hars and 80 thousand sq. plastic profile shapes are produced 
per year. Its products have high reputation in domestic country.In 2000,
the company passed ISO 9002 quality system recognition and Britain loyal 
UKAS quality system recognition. There are 227 employees in the company.

    7.Progress of the project
    The project's feasibility study report  has been approved.
